The JJBA anime was created for the manga's 25th anniversary (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure has existed since 1987, and is still ongoing). The anime has pretty weak animation, but gets better as the budget increased. By the 25 episode of the first season, some scenes had fluid animation on par will KLK and PMMM.... so yeah, you should watch it.
