Putting this recipe between two soft hamburger buns gives you the crunch of ramen noodles and the juicy tenderness of fried chicken. The combination of tastes and textures is delicious and will satisfy your hunger.
Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 packs of instant ramen noodles. 2 eggs. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise for garnish.
Instructions: As directed on the package, cook the ramen noodles. Once done, drain them and set them aside to cool. Between two pieces of plastic wrap, press the chicken breasts down until they are about 1/2 inch thick. In a small bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper. Put some more flour and a pinch of salt and pepper in a wider dish. First coat each chicken breast in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in panko breadcrumbs mixed with crushed ramen noodles. Warm up the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. It should take about 4 to 5 minutes per side to fry the chicken breasts until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Place the chicken breasts on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off any extra oil. Warm up the burger buns. Put lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Then put a fried chicken breast on top of each one and cover it with the top half of the bun. Serve right away and enjoy!
