New listener and first time caller. I (very recently) became Hamilton trash and I want to immerse myself amongst the trash. Do you have any recommendations of ways to do that? I feel like Lin is going to kill me slowly with his beauty (he's gorgeous) and passion, so I have that going for me.

the Snowmaggedon 2016 put a temporary end to the live #ham4ham performances, but they kept making videos for us. Here’s my favorite: Ja-Burr, a mash-up of Wait for it and Stars from Les Mis x

speaking of Les Mis, Lin is a big fan and what does a big fan do when presented with oportunity? be a part of the thing! so Lin officially performed as the Loud Hailer in one show (it’s even on his wikipedia page!!) x

Lin-Manuel, in his coolness, not only wrote the musical of the decade but also wrote a cantina song for the new Star Wars movie, on this year’s May the 4th the song was released and performed by him and JJ Abrams (how cool is that??) x

and other important things like

the cast of hamilton performing at the white house, you know, in front of the president x x

they also performed the ENTIRE opening number at the grammys x

oh and won the grammy for best musical theatre album x

and more recently, apparently there’s this thing called the Annual Easter Bonnet Competition where broadway productions perform for charity, so the Hamilton cast transformed the opening number to a homage to Sweeney Todd and it’s pretty funny x

so yeah, maybe it’s not a very detailed list of things but you can use this to start, have fun being a trash of the thing!

hey so I really like the Hamilton soundtrack and I'd love to be a bigger part of the fan base but I don't think I'll be able to see it any time soon considering tickets are sold out for the next 6 months. do you know how I could learn more about the show or get to see more of it so I can enjoy all these posts and stuff about it? bc right now I don't know anything about it
