Hard to believe but today the young lady on the left, Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy, would have been 90 years old! Hammersmith Farm, 1943.

Picture I took last month of Jackie’s girlhood home, Hammersmith Farm, outside Newport, Rhode Island.  Seemed at first there was no clear view of the property so we just decided to go down the road and turn around in the next driveway and go back into Newport; made the turn into the neighbouring driveway and, boom, there was the perfect shot.  Although the place had gone into disrepair it was bought several years back and restored to its former high society glory.
