The original idea of the art was inspired by baboons and their jaws. I can just see someone says to Amber:

I… don't know how it happened. I just liked the character design on the @/fluffffpillow fan art because of personal reasons, and then after a day or two I don't remember how I come to watching the video where the character came from. I don't like the character himself (only as a villain.). But I liked the design to the point of "I draw yeyy".

So, Mr. WPNZ from the YT series "SMG4". Without a jacket and metal (perhaps he can also hide away his weapons like kittens, he just doesn't do it.). Initially, just out of interest, I drew his head, and then I erased the binoculars and added cat ears and vibrissae. The rest of the body appeared by itself, I don't know. In fact, the tail should be much shorter, but something went wrong.
