A heavy sigh, gloved fingers pressing against his chest, and he gives the lion that look he always makes when he’s asked of one of two things- Alice, or whatever reminds of her.
“ Well~ I find it’s really best when the moment arrives quite naturally, my boy! Me and my Alice, we sort of- stumbled into that part of things... You see, when we met and I had invited her back down the rabbit hole to rejoin me for tea, I wasn’t entirely aware that- ” He began to laugh. “ She was of direct relation to a crime family, apparently. ‘The Romanos’ I believe. Which was VERY peculiar! Because, as I quickly assured them, her name was not Romano. It is Alice. ” He sips his tea. “ Nonetheless, a few months of catching up on lost time with my love and a pile of ignored death threats later and her supposed family decided upon inviting themselves to tea! Can you imagine? RUDE... but convenient. ” He grins like a knife, then sips his tea, then smiles innocently.
“ So my advice to you is very simple, Mr. Lion... if you’re having any real fun at your tea party, they’ll be in quite the hurry to meet you themselves. My favorite part is always what to do when they arrive...”
