Obanai watches with a worried expression as Hanako trains.

‘She looks more tired than usual… I wish she’d take better care of herself…’ He thinks to himself before sighing.

He goes to her and places a hand on her shoulder. “Hana, please take a break and sleep. I can tell this is really hurting your health.”

Hanako looks defeated as she sighs and her shoulders slump.

“I don’t want to have any nightmares.” She responds and Obanai hugs her.

“I’ll be there to protect you from them the whole time.” He murmurs into her shoulder and she sighs as she wraps her arms around him.

“Thank you…” She murmurs before yawning then Obanai picks her up easily.

He gently lays her down on the bed and cuddles her.

“Of course, darling.. Now rest.”

Hanako quickly realized how exhausted she was as Obanai holds her in his arms.

She falls asleep with her head resting on his chest and Obanai smiles as he strokes her hair.

Uhh I like it better than the old one but I might tweak it a bit more. Her eyes are a little more orange than yellow

Also she’s a hashira now

She doesn’t wear her mask on missions for fear that it will break ><💧 It now sits comfortably at her home.

Hanako and Obanai are walking around amongst the cherry blossoms and there is a slight breeze.

Obanai looks over and notices her shivering slightly.

“Are you cold?” He asks and gently squeezes her hand.

Hanako nods sheepishly and Obanai slips his haori off of his shoulders then places it around her own shoulders. “There, that should help.”

Hanako slightly frowns. “Won’t you get cold?”

Obanai shakes his head. “Don’t worry about me, I’ll be fine.”

She sighs and nods then they get back to walking.

Obanai wraps his arm around Hanako’s shoulder and pulls her into his side.

She blushes and smiles at him then after a while they begin walking Obanai’s mansion.

Obanai leads her into his warm mansion then they go to his bedroom.

They lay down on his bed together and begin cuddling.

The 2 of them exchanged their “I love you”’s before falling asleep.
