     More often than not, he wandered, wavered, a consciousless shell of a body, meandering through the cursed grounds without desire, or purpose. To be given purpose...he needed to find Fakhir, or Rue. The cluster of dark plumage surrounding her window this morning had told him that Rue would be busy; She was always busy when there were crows at her window in the morning...

     Fakhir. Wherever Fakhir was, that should be where he was, too. He always became angry when the young, ignorant royal wandered. If he wasn't present at his side...then Fakhir was probably at the library.

     Thus, he climbed the spire's stairwell in search of those forested eyes, and his sense of purpose...which wouldn't be found so easily.
