Restoring a hand plane. Portland, ME.
Attempted solid wood edge banding to clean up a panel to use as an instrument stand. Made a clean edge on the jointer, ripped to 1/4” on the table saw, then glued on to the exposed MDF. Hand planed until I hit the tape, then sanded flush.

I illustrated these hand planes for Mortise and Tenon Magazine's new t-shirts! They were screen printed by Triple Stamp Press, and they managed to capture all the detail of my work. Find the shirts here: https://www.mortiseandtenonmag.com/collections/apparel/products/cutting-edge-technology-t-shirt
This footstool is the first joinery challenge and collaboration I did with Mitch Peacock on YouTube. The Idea of the challenge is to take turns writing up design specifications for a certain small project. The catch is not being able to use metal fasteners or glue. It‘s called 100% Wood challenge. Check it out! The link to my channel is in the description!
