You quickly jumped out of the way, a boy on a bicycle speeding past you while screaming some incoherent nonsense.
You raised a brow before shaking your head and adjusting your blindfold 'that boy is stressing himself unnecessarily......... He could just take a shortcut or something on foot'
You couldn't keep on thinking about that however, because you had to head to the tournament arena now, or else you'd be late.
As you turned around, you bumped into someone, falling on your behind from the impact. You were about to apologize when you heard a very familiar voice say "Sorry about that..... I was standing in the way..."
You felt the breeze shift in front of you and realized that the person stretched a hand out to you. You took the hand, careful not to raise your head as the male pulled you to your feet. Touching those calloused palms once, you already knew it was him.
"D-daewi? Is that you?" You asked, your voice unsure as you raised your head. The flinch that the male gave reassured you........ It was definitely Daewi.
"(Name)....... What are you doing in Seoul? I thought you were-" "I was abroad, but I came back to rest a bit.......... I was scouted for that God of high school tournament thing........... Just last week"
You cut the boy off, shocking him even more "......... W-well......... Welcome back....... I have to get to the arena first...... Maybe we can catch up later"
You tilted your head, a sweet smile gracing your features "if you're heading there, why don't we go together? Let's talk on the way there........." The boy standing in front of you blushed and looked away, glad that you couldn't see.
No, he would never be glad that you were blind.......... He just didn't want you to see him so flustered. He sighed "I actually have to stop by somewhere first, there's something I need to do........ After the tournament, let's talk...."
He trailed off, his cheeks flushed darkly as he eyed you up and down briefly, noticing your curvy/Slim/thick frame 'Puberty did (name) so well............ Better than I ever even expected' He had no time to dwell on his thoughts because you had started speaking too.
The sound of your melodious voice breaking him out of his thought induced daze.
"I guess that makes two of us............... I saw this boy chasing after a thief on a motorbike, so I decided to help him out a bit, then-" "What?! What did you just say?" Daewi cut you off. You raised a brow and retracted your hand from his, confused "what.......?"
Then it dawned on you, Daewi was chasing after that same man on the motorbike.
You grinned at Daewi, throwing your jacket at his face and taking off in the opposite direction you were going to, turning the bend and dashing through the Alley to get to the convenience store where you usually visited.
From there, it would connect to the main road and you would stop at the wholesale store right in front of there. And from your calculations, the thief shouldn't even be halfway there yet.
You nodded and your smile widened as you heard Daewi screaming your name in a very uncharacteristic manner for him.
"(Name), how dare you try and steal my-" "Sorry, Daewi, but first come, first serve...... Also, if you can catch up and pass me, then it wouldn't be stealing, now.........would it? The problem..... Is that.........."
You turned around to face the male, {who was following you at full speed}, backtracking as quick as your feet would let you.
Daewi always lost to you when it came to wits and speed. You grinned as you saw him struggling to keep up his pace, whereas, you were just warming up.
"The problem is...... Daewi..........
You're.

You taunted him and smiled in triumph when you noted the irritated aura radiating off him. You did a back flip, making sure to keep your body horizontal as you landed on the wall, pushing off with as much force as you could muster.
But unfortunately, the wall couldn't take the strength in your legs and it dented badly.......
Daewi stopped running when he realized what you were doing, you were taking a shortcut to the rooftops to see if you could sight the bike thief. 'Not if I can help it' he thought as he took off from the ground, tackling you and making sure you couldn't get anywhere with your jump.
You tried to dodge Daewi when he jumped, but you were too late. He already grabbed your waist and yanked you closer to his body before he took you to the ground with him.
The action made you blush slightly, but you shook the thoughts away, knowing Daewi didn't think of you that way.......... At least, that was what you thought.
The black haired male twisted himself in mid air, so that he took the brunt of the fall.
When the dust cleared and you had stopped coughing, you sat up beside Daewi, rubbing your cheek to clean off the dirt that you were sure had stained your skin "I didn't think you'd grown so much, Daewi, you're almost taller than me by a foot....... Also, thanks......"
"For what?" He asked, making you smile "for not using me as a landing pad........ You must weigh like, what..? 75kg at least........ From that height....... You'd be a 100kg, subtracting the wind pressure and speed..... Since I practically generated that"
He cracked a smile at your words, he wanted you to know how he felt....... He needed you to know how he felt........ About you.
'From the day (name) went abroad, I felt there was no need to tell her about my feelings, since she wouldn't be coming back, but....... Here she is..... The light of my life.......... Your cheeks flushed a bright red as you smiled fondly at him "I love you too, Daew-" He sat up, grabbing your shoulders and pulling you closer while sighing "Not like that.......... I meant....... I'm in love with you, (Name)"
Your jaw fell slack at his proclamation, then you pressed your lips together to form a thin line, before mumbling "Daewi......" He felt his heart drop into his stomach before he sighed "You don't have to return my feelings, (Name), I just wanted to tell you..... What I feel-"
You slipped your hands onto his cheeks and pulled him down, pressing a soft kiss to his lips. His eyes immediately widened in shock at the fact that you were kissing him. You, (Name), the woman he fell for, was kissing him.
You pulled away from the kiss, your brows furrowed in confusion "Y-you didn't kiss back.........wh-" the usually stoic looking male shook his head "You don't have to pity me or feel sympathetic or considerate towards my feelings, (Name)...... I know-"
You cut him off " You don't know a single thing about my feelings, so stop jumping to conclusions like that..... I............. I love you, Daewi, I have, for the past three years, from the day I found out I was going abroad, that was when I realized why I always felt nervous around you, why I got butterflies in my tummy, only around you....."
"I was just too much of a coward to confess, so...... I made a promise to myself.......... That I would come back and tell you how I felt about you......... And now, here you are........ Telling me that I don't need to pity you......... You even beat me to it........."
You chuckled at the end of your sentence, your cheeks flushed in embarrassment at how you were pouring your heart out to Daewi. The boy stared at you incredulously before asking "You love me?"
You sighed "That's what I've been trying to make you understand for the past two minutes, but you apparently weren't listen-"
Daewi grabbed your waist and pulled you close, about to plant a kiss on your plump/thin (Lip/colour) lips, but you placed a hand to his chest and pushed at him slightly, your ears tinting pink at the tips "I don't kiss until the fifth date...............sorry, Daewi......."
His eyes opened as one of his eyebrows arched "But you just stole my fir-" you giggled, sliding your arms around his neck as you shuffled forward, seating yourself between his thighs "I'll make an exception just this once........ Okay?"
He nodded before pressing his lips to yours, you kissed back, fisting your hands into the back of his shirt as you tilted your head, wanting to be closer to him.
Daewi pulled away for air, but you followed him, shifting onto your knees, so that you were taller than him. He smirked, making you pull away "You did that on purpose, didn't you?" "Who knows?" The black haired male replied.
You panted lightly, getting to your feet and running towards the end of the alley "Hurry up or I'll beat the bike thief myself!" Daewi caught up to you, and grabbing your arm, he asked "Will you go out with me, (Name)?"
You tapped your chin thoughtfully before smiling "I will, if you win against me in the tournament..... So try your best..... Because I'll be giving it my all too"
You tore down the street with your newly found lover hot on your heels
"Be careful, (Name)!" Daewi called out to you as he chased you.
