My handcrafted necklaces come with a tailor made cloth wrap especially designed for each one to fit in. This is a concept I created to ensure that the precious piece can be correctly stored and kept safe when not being worn. This wrap can then be coiled up with the necklace inside and slipped into one of my handmade, signature pouches to secure it. The holes for the jump rings have to be carefully drilled into the hammered links by hand, one at a time. If the drill slips or the hole is not well centred then you have to start again by hammering out a whole new link. John making our necklace jump rings, one at a time. First he pulls the metal he is using down to the diameter he wants it. Then it is coiled up by hand before each ring is cut off. Each jump ring will then be individually soldered by hand as the necklace is created.
