As I mentioned in my intro post, I am living with a disability among other chronic health issues. Because of this the physical effects induced by spiritual and energy healing excite me a great deal.

Hands Of Light

Last night my soul sister Melinda Vida and I performed energy healing on our soul sister Taylor Ann Trad. Never have I actually practiced energy healing before, but seeing that we are all light workers I figured I would give it a try. Within seconds of having our hands on Taylor's back we both could feel the heat starting to be generated. As the healing went on we called upon our Higher Selfs, Arch Angels, Ascended Masters to come and assist us with the energy healing. As time went on, things got more intense! I raised my hands from her back and could feel the energy connecting from my palms to her. I could feel the energy field around her! While moving my hands over her back, she was able to feel exactly where my hand were hovering over her. It felt almost like when you hold two positive magnets to each other...the resistance, thats the feeling I felt while performing this healing. Taking the negative energy and moving it to source, transmuting it out. I was wearing my chakra bracelet and turquoise rings all very powerful and got the energy flowing. At one point I felt the energy flowing all the way up to my elbows. At some moments my hands would get really hot and sore so I would have to stop. When I focused on a blue fiery light coming from my hands I could feel the energy more intensely and a lot more powerfully. It was truly such an amazing beautiful experience. Anyways, just thought I would share my first experience of energy healing with you all. I can't wait to read up on it more and start practicing and healing all my friends and family. You can do much more than you thought you could, including cure yourself of a "terminal illness." The only real "terminal illness" is simply being human. And being human is not "terminal" at all, because death is simply transition to another level of being. I want to encourage you to step out of the normal "bounds" of your life and begin seeing yourself differently. I want to encourage you to live your life at the cutting edge of time, allowing yourself to be born into a new life every minute. I want to encourage you to allow your life experience to be lightly dusted with form.
