And that's Archer's and his family's main course at yesterday's class. They enjoyed their four course lunch, but this tagliatelle main was by far the favorite, or was it the ravioli???? I think they loved every course, they have the recipes and are going to recreate the dishes over the next few weeks. Archer's sister was most impressed and will be the first to try one of my recipes next week.
