Yo guys look what I've found
Introducing Mahaha
A mythical creature from Inuit beliefs. Basically an Arctic tickle monster.
Since I got into Supernatural, I got genuinely curious if there's any demon or creature whose main thing is tickling, and I actually found one
Mahaha are solitary creatures roaming around the Arctic in search of victims. Inuit lore says that they have long, ice-like nails that they use to tickle their victims into death.
If someone was found dead with a frozen smile on their face, the tribe would assume it was the work of Mahaha.
Even with how creepy it is, the creature is easily fooled. Many of the tales explain that you can defeat Mahaha by asking it to bend over to drink water, and then pushing it in so it gets pulled away by the strong current.
Imma definitely write a supernatural fic about it i swear
