A hannibal lecter but instead of killing he just kidnaps people and gives them surgeries they needed. Still with the cannibalism though, we gotta stay on brand.

He becomes nearly worshipped in trans spaces and authorities have no chance of catching him because most of his "victims" are unwilling to come forward with any information. He also becomes particularly renowned among folks needing specific kinds of reproductive Healthcare. Apparently, uteruses are rather tasty.
