Young Snow White Will, who loves his seven dogs and don’t like anyone else, lives in a forest. One day Witch tries to give him an apple and he refuses, because it would be pretty stupid. Actually, he probably wouldn’t even open the door to her. Then prince Hannibal, whom Will don’t find than interesting, arrives and things become bloody messy. They probably kill the Queen and live together happily ever after. The end.
Love at First Sight
Alana Bloom and Margot Verger
Basic Chickens’ Cinderella AU where…
Prince Adam was given until his 25th birthday to find a love match, or else his parents would marry him off to another kingdom to create an alliance. He isn’t much interested in love but doesn’t want to be married off either, so he hold’s a masked ball on the eve of his birthday in the hopes of finding… someone.
Elias is the farmhand, servant and general dogsbody for his ugly stepbrothers. He dreams of being free, until one night a fairy visits him and tells him true love awaits at the the prince’s ball. She gives him a suit to wear, as white and sleek as a Charolais. A matching mask with the horns of a bull.
At the ball Adam dances with all, and with Elias thrice, as they talk about the general rudeness of people and the best way to strike someone with a rolling pin. Adam is smitten by the forthright ways of his bull.
At midnight the masks are removed and Elias is spotted by two of his brothers. Before they can drag him from the room he seeks the eyes of his prince. Hoping to impress upon him the already vast depth of his feelings. But he is removed by his brothers before Adam can move towards him.
Adam sends his valet far and wide across the land, telling him to find his bull before sundown of else be banished from the kingdom. He tears apart each and every home looking for the bull mask, until finally he sees a man. Such as the prince described, lumbering towards the barn of a great house. Within he finds the bull mask hidden in the bails of hay.
When Adam arrives at the home his valet has directed him to, he seeks out the barn as instructed. Within he finds his bull, in his cinder blackened rags, but instantly knows the man of his dreams. The someone he has sought. They make love there in the hay for the first time before they relocate to the palace to live happily ever after.
HannibalEverAfter - Fairy Godparents
A story where Will’s Cinderella and Hannibal’s his Fairy Godmother. Any mistakes are my own :)
“Hello, Will. Dry those tears. You can't go to the ball looking like that.”
“No need to dry what isn’t here. And the lights from the ball won’t reach me in a million years. Who the hell are you?”
“Your Fairy Godmother, of course.”
“Of course. And I’m the Lost Prince of Atlantis.”
“Hush Will, miracles take concentration.”
ZAP
“What…”
“You look lovely.”
“Give me my clothes back!”
“Silly, you can’t go to the ball in your rugs.”
“My point exactly. I want to pile up with my dogs in my perfectly normal clothes, thank you.”
“About the dogs…”
“...and what are these? Crystal shoes? What on…”
ZAP
“...”
“Now you’re ready.”
“Change. My. Dogs. Back.”
“Put that knife down, sugar. You may get hurt.”
“YOU’RE THE ONE WHO WILL GET HURT IF…”
ZAP
“That’s better, that was dangerous. Come on, honey, that white rose complements your silk dress more than a kitchen tool. Don’t make that face, I’ll transform your dogs back when you’ll return.”
“...fine.”
“Are shoes with hidden blades fashionable now? You should have told me, my hand machete goes with the dress.”
“You were the one who kicked the king, sweetheart. With remarkable precision.”
“Yes, alright, alright, wipe that smug smile off your face. Did you know he was about to murder his daughter?”
“No.”
“...you’re not subtle at all.”
“I hoped, darling. Blood becomes you.”
“It’s also sticky and cold. Magic it away.”
“Are we demanding, now? Tell me, dear…”
“Oh, I’ve the utmost interest in what gets out of your mouth.”
(Kiss)

Even if I’m not particularly familiar with fantasy and magic, I’d like to contribute to @thesilverqueenlady‘s fantastic #HannibalEverAfter recommending a beautiful story I recently happened to read; on second thought, let me tag this post @freshmeatfriday too, since this story really deserves more attention ò_ò as does the rest of this author’s lovely creations.
@whreflections’ Headwaters tells about an interesting reelaboration of Hannibal and Will’s relationship; Hannibal is bount to the Lecter Castle and his own memories of Mischa, before Will arrives and claims his right to inherit everything his grandmother left him.
I particularly enjoyed their brief, intense interaction, premise indeed of an Happy Even After, and Hannibal’s easiness in his immortal skin. Will is, on his part, extremely accustomed to the creature, not even having seen it before in his life; Will knows they have something in common.
If you feel like reading a short work that includes magical elements and will leave you wanting to know more about Will and Hannibal in a fantasy setting, read this. You won’t be disappointed.
Continued from @shoegazerx‘s lovely art HERE
Will had never been more confused. Hannibal had been gone nearly a fortnight but he could not get the huntsman out of his head. Imagined encounters filled his nights and hopes for the huntsman’s return took up his daily daydreams. The dwarves, in particular Beverly, seemed to be amused by his enthrallment. “Something she cannot have control over,” Beverly said, clapping him on the shoulder, “Love.” Will was quick to assure that it was not love. He knew that this was not, nor would it ever be. Though mere days later, the Prince would know what it meant to have his heart broken. Will had been practicing with the bow, the hand-carved arrows felt so right in his hand, when the familiar voice shocked him into missing the target. “You’re still here, Will, I would have thought you gone.” Will blushed, turned to get another arrow. “There has been no reason t…” The hand on his shoulder made Will startle; he turned abruptly and fell into Hannibal’s embrace. The huntsman smirked, “The danger of the Bedelia’s army is not a reason? The woman herself?” Will pulled back, chilled and somewhat annoyed. “You last spoke as if you yourself did not fear her so why…” Hannibal pulled out his dagger and to Will’s surprise, an apple. “I fear no one, Prince. That does not mean you should feel the same,” he cut a piece of apple and chewed it. Will had not had apples in ages, the orchards were too close to the castle to be safe. “You have been to the Whispering Woods.” Hannibal smiled. “I have been many places, done many things,” he cut a piece of apple, stopped just short of eating the piece and offered it to Will.
