Today’s is a solitary Pokemon, with no evolution or other Pokemon I could link it to to bolster the size of this review. I hope you enjoy this relatively small review!
Hantama is a dual Ghost/Fighting type, found only two places in the game: the Chateau of Time, and as a prize in the game corner. It’s typing is cool, and the way it has a martial arts stance along with what looks like a spirit fighting with it works really well with the type. I feel like this is supposed to be based off of something specific, but my knowledge of mythology and folklore is woefully under developed. If anyone else knows what it’s supposed to be, let me know!
With a good design, a unique typing(until Marshadow came along) and what appears to be a specific inspiration, Hantama gets three ridiculously buff Pikachu out of five.
