Craving satisfied. Curiosity satisfied. I’ve been craving a big bowl of chicken long rice and was also eager to know just why @hotthaikitchen recommends pine brand noodles. The noodles cost triple the ones in the “pink net” but I have to admit that they are sturdy and don’t cloud the broth.
