Rest of the post-war Ballin quartet - Hamburg and New York
Post-war HAPAG and NDL liners were good friends, Columbus and Albert Ballin weren't rivals, so weren't their younger. Hamburg and Berlin (III) were launched in one year what led the beginning for their life long friendship. Both of them are too pure for this world. New York won't let anyone hurt her siblings and their friends!
However, world changes. Germany changes. New regime begins. HAPAG and NDL start to drift apart because of different worldviews. At least their leading liners' different worldviews. Young Bremen and Europa hadn't that much touch with HAPAG ships
Once new World War starts in 1939, New York has no choice but go to Murmansk, USSR, to avoid being captured. It was impossible to not notice the biggest German ship when she arrives. Bremen is also there.
