For some reason I can really see Hapi in some sort of sleeping beauty au, so Ashe will be her prince knight :)

**For reference I don’t remember the original disney and I’m kinda going off the Maleficant movie**

The three good fairies would be the other ashen wolves and Cornelia is Maleficent

Hapi is hidden away in the forest with the three good fairies, though Ashe has always made a habit of finding hidden things

The two become quick friends and he visits often while the wolves/fairies/whatever aren’t around. Unfortunately as they grow older they grow apart and one day Ashe stops coming around...

When Hapi turns 16 she pricks her finger on a spindle as is foretold. Ashe, being a new knight within the castle, is very surprised to see that Hapi is the princess! And of course that she is in deep slumber now too.

Ashe, having read a knight novel or two with similar events of magic slumber, tries the only thing he can think of... a kiss.

Childhood friends to lovers, mutual pining in a way, and magic curses!
