Dermatologist follow up! She confirmed that the white vellus hairs are actually new and that the regrowth so far is actually a lot more than I thought. Seems like the hairline is filling in and coming back and it's not just my wishful thinking!

quite often i find myself dwelling on what could have been; what i should have done; how i should have acted; the decisions i should have made; and many other self-deprecating thoughts that make me go back to a reality that isn’t anymore. i have only one way to go now, and it is forward. i can’t change the decisions i have made, but i can make new ones. i can’t go back and make things different, but i can visualise how i want things to be in the future and work towards it. the past is too overrated for something that is gone and can’t be touched anymore!!! i have so many other opportunities in front of me now, even if they are not exactly what i wanted. i can either dwell on what i can’t change or make the best of what i have. i’m done living and reliving my own misery. i will make myself and my life beautiful again.
