Nothing I could do anything about… This got me back into a positive state, along with the mockingbirds singing and woodpecker pecking and other birds chirping right outside my windows. Spring is on its way, here in Austin, TX, and today is being well-lived. Finishing my Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath training, meditating, learning, taking stuff to Goodwill, shopping for sandals…and I get to work with an amazing client later!
