The Captain really enjoys improvising with Kitty. Their abilities are evenly matched. There are clear rules to the game and Kitty follows them. Humphrey’s improv is so quick and surreal and creative, Captain just feels out of his depth. Plus you could argue that everything Humphrey says counts as blocking – maybe someone as witty as Humph could keep up, but the Captain just gets flustered and clams up. ‘No, I’m sorry, this is all getting very silly, I’m not playing any more.’ You might say he gets… cheesed off (🤷‍♀️). Good job Humphrey couldn’t make it to the improv class, he would’ve slaughtered everyone else there. He’s just too good.
