Today I was doing my content for #HappyHealthyWork workshop. I thought if my clients make a graph of when their energy starts to dip or rise with points of where they start to consume foods. Then I can suggest the right foods and portions to eat, which in turn will keep their energy up and suggest foods that will also boost energy when needed at work.
