Soda came to the shelter on Feb. 23, 2017 as an OWNER SURRENDER for having too many. His previous owners reported they had him his entire life as an indoor/outdoor cat and he’s friendly with people. Understandably, having gone from a home with lots of companions to a small lonely kennel, he is quite unhappy but slow and steady will likely win over this remarkable boy. Who will be his hero?
