The same people who agree with "Make America Great Again" (thus implying they believe America is not great), are the same who get angry and offended when someone doesn't stand for the national anthem or says something anti-America. The same people who would say "if you don't like America, then get out" are the same calling America not great and not liking the current state of America. Either America is great or America needs to be made great again. There isn't a both option.
