some more thoughts on Leverage

So, still haven’t heard of a ship name for Eliot/Hardison, which is too bad, because my mind autocompleted to HardHitter and now I’m never gonna get that out of my head. It’s too late, it’s canon now. 

However, I care for Parker a lot, and I want her to be happily in a relationship too! That, and the fact that I still don’t care much (though a little bit more!) about Nate/Sophie, crashed into each other and now I ship Parker/Sophie too--because Parker’s not great with emotions or words, and that’s Sophie’s whole game. It’s perfect. Plus, this:

It writes itself!

Anyway, this leaves Nate sad and alone (and probably drinking), which, whatever. But I just watched The Queen’s Gambit Job, and oops, now I ship Nate/Sterling. 

To summarize: One of my biggest problems with this show is the unnecessary heteronormativity. So everything is gay now sorry I don’t make the rules.

(As for ship names for Parker/Sophie and Nate/Sterling--I’m working on it. Parkereaux is, like, okay, but there’s gotta be something better, and Natester is unacceptable damn it)
