Pax was on errands as his brother was with him but they were going up and down separate aisles for the shopping market. Which caused the shopping easier than anything else. Looking for a certain bag of chips as he wasn’t paying attention only to knock into another cart. 

“I’m sorry I didn’t mean to hit your cart. Are you okay?” he asked as he came around to talk with them.

The girl climbed up the fence of the school and jumped over it to freedom. She was in her second year and already inheriting the rough edges that her brother Jinyoung had shown. They were both orphaned. Their parents had been killed when she was younger. It was her brother who became her guardian for the most part once he matured enough. Misa sometimes thought life was unfair. She wasn't normal like the other kids. She and her brother posessed a weird power. They could touch any surface and see the memories of a person. Skin to skin contact was a way to see someone's secrets and deepest secrets. It could be a real burden. The power Psychometry. Jinyoung was very good at it, while Misa was still learning on how hers worked.

She pulled the purple hoos over her head and hid her hands in her sleeves. She took one look at the school and shoved it off her shoulders. She had much better things to do then sit around in a desk all day. Misa ran over to the station and looked around. If Jinyoung caught her, she was done for. She was suppose to be in school after all. Quickly, she walked into the lobby and made it down the hallway. Stopping by a corner, she hid for a moment and looked around. No older brother in sight so far. It was going so good. She ran down another hall and found the door that lead to the suspects of deceased. Misa wasn't scared of the dead, if anything she was curious to see through their eyes. If having such a power allowed her to invade on privacy, then why not see what another person's life was like.

She walked in and closed the door and looked around making sure the coast was clear. Taking her backpack and purple hooded jacket off, her school uniform was revealed. She was only seventeen years of age. Once she made her way to the drawers holding the dead, she chose one and opened it up. "Hmm." Misa moved the cloth and touched down on the girl's hand. Suddenly she was seeing visions of the girl in front of her. It showed her having a fight with her mom and out to a car. Then it jumped to a scene with her boyfriend kissing in a movie theater and spilling popcorn.

Misa gasped upon returning and smiled. "I got it! This girl was two timing her mother's boyfriend and that's why she was so mad! Wow way not to have any class. Also ew! He was probably way older than you. What a weird kink you have.

“I’ve spent at least... eighty six percent of my life trying to convince myself that... um... being short isn’t as bad as it seems,” Sujin wasn’t sure where she was going with this story, “but I was mistaken for a twelve year old yesterday and I’ve never been more annoyed in my life. I mean, I get it... but like... it’s annoying?” She shrugged, “pointless story time with Sujin, I guess.”

                   they had been doing a good job of living quietly until that night. in a way, they were living under the guise of normal people among the townsfolk of salem. still, the events and outcoming of what happened had nearly damned them. might still damn them, in fact. though her face was as stoic as ever, lily ( as was the name she’d gone by amongst the townsfolk ) was anything but calm on the inside. ❝ i didn’t go back there. ❞ despite the privacy her currently empty shop, she spoke in a hushed voice. ❝ the girls found what we left, it’s already over and done with. it’s not safe for any of us to go back. ❞ she had tried to occupy herself by stitching up an article of clothing, tasked to her by the reverend, but it was only serving as a reminder of what was currently unfolding. her fingers were trembling.

                  the town was looking for witches. their coven.
