The husband and I did a local fairly intense walk this morning - the Thousand Steps. It's a 3km round trip, and the walk from the car park to the start of the steps is enough to put some people off (mostly; strangely get a lot of tourists in inappropriate clothing - denim, heels, knee high boots - amongst the hikers and fitness fanatics). Anyway. We did it and smashed all of my previous attempts - which admittedly over a year before F was born, and noting that on my first attempt I didn't even make it to the top. As we came back to the car I commented that something about the first day into our fifth year of marriage that'd we'd climbed on bloody big hill. The husband's response, "Well, it's all downhill from here!!"
