So I had been getting Harime Nui vibes from Lace and I was not sure WHY and it got worse when she greets/mocks you in the Citadel.
And then further in you get her lore and uh... if I had a penny for every single time a lifeform was woven out of magical thread that currently threatens the world and can also brainwash people to be a replacement for a daughter while also being a living weapon who has some compicated feelings about the entire thing, then I'd have two pennies but it sure is weird that it happened twice.
That is one hella-specific character to write, and I am somewhat baffled myself that I drew the connection before I even knew anything about her lore. Was there a specific tell that I took in subconciously or was that just the media-related autism at work?
