Hello! It's been a while! Update - work and my dissertation is kicking me to the curb. I genuinely wish I had the time to work on this project more but alas... I will be free come July, I just gotta hold out until then...

I remember the original of otome game post saying we could ask questions?? So I was wondering we could get a basic read in their personalities for the LI??

Of course! Questions are always welcome! I was actually thinking of making a side blog dedicated to game development, but this blog will have to do for now haha

Yaqub (the glowing one) is very soft and sweet, but can be very stern (though this tends to be with people that aren't MC, earning him the honourable title of dad friend). He's an absolute nervous wreck in the beginning of the marriage, but manages to hide it pretty well for a while. He definitely becomes more confident and smooth and affectionate with MC as the marriage goes on.

Haroon (the void monster) is quiet, but not to be mistaken for shy or scared. He's just very observant, and much more used to talking directly into people's minds than he is out loud. When he does speak aloud, he is very softly spoken. He is very gentle and serious, both at work and in his affection towards MC. His species is also very different to humans, so you'll often find him staring, intrigued at the most mundane things.

Nayab (teeth man) has a tendency to tease to the point where it can be considered a little mean from an outsiders perspective, but rest assured he can take it just as well as he dishes it out. Usually he'll get hyper focused on tasks, but it works out in his favour as he just gets to spend more time with MC as a result of getting so much done. He isn't too fond of people in general and can get easily annoyed, but miraculously has a lot of patience when it comes to MC.

Jibrail (the shark dude) is a little bit forgetful, and therefore sometimes things regarding Islam tend to slip his mind. A tad bit concerning since he's a revert, but he is very willing to correct himself with a gentle reminder. He is kind of slow on the uptake, but this is partially because of the fact that he knew exactly zero human languages coming up to the surface. He has an almost childlike fascination with everything - it's just so different compared to his home.

Asif (plant person) is probably the most affectionate of them all - at least from the get go. He’ll flirt with MC as if they aren’t literaly married. Despite this, he’s a very laid-back, go with the flow kind of guy with a penchant to make both terrible and hilarious jokes. He is very much a people person and everyone in the community back home knew who him and his family was. Also very good with kids, on account of his literal baby brother.

BURKA AVENGER

Burka avenger is an animated television series from Pakistan. It delivers a strong message that inspires and encourages its audience to do the same thing what the main character is doing. The series is about a female teacher of a local girl's school named Jiya. Everyone in the town knows her as a wise, lovely and an inspirational teacher when in fact aside from these traits, she is actually a lot braver and mightier for she also have an alter ego. An that alter ego is better known as their town's heroine: Burka Avenger.

Burka Avenger is a hero who uses her knowledge and wisdom to protect the town, specifically their school from the evil schemes of the devious, corrupt, and unforgiving politicians who attempts to shut down their school.

It is a simple series with a deep meaning, hence still applicable to young children as it is entertaining and can teach them things about the world like:

E.g Most people who wear Burka are not terrorists, but are also people like us. At such a young age, it can open the mind of the kids to know and understand that the people behind the cloth are still human like them. It allows them to break the cultural barrier.

For a deeper context, the Burka Avenger stands up and fights for the rights of everyone accordingly, that is why it also proclaims the importance of education and reading books.  Other themes shown in the series are:

1. Empowering women's rights;

2. Children's privilege to study and learn everything they need to know; and

3. The depreciate the power of the corrupt politicians
