The last 2 of the "Harpie lady" monsters that have effects. It's crazy they don't have Cyber forms like Harpie Lady 1 being that she is Cyber Harpie Lady and they are all the Harpie lady sisters with out Cyber shield on them. Sadly the effects of both 2 and 3 are nothing to be relied upon as flip effect monsters aren't relevant anymore and, most monsters that get frozen for turns can be used for xyz, synchro and, link summoning. If this was 2008 and before style of game play they would easily be used. Unfortunately as today's meta is looked at Harpie Lady 2 and 3 just aren't Harpie lady 1 and Cyber Harpie Lady.
