Family=Ohana. Ohana is the name of the company , Jeff, Ben Winston and Harry Styles own and operate together. Right?

Afaik, Full Stop Management LLC has three affiliated companies: Ohana (which Jeff is the CEO of), Azoff Music Management, and Creed Company.

Under Ohana, there are two affiliated companies, FSRD LLC and Mytog LLC.

Mytog was registered in December 2015, but there was no business activity until Harry’s assistant Emma Spring was made a director, I believe last year.

So it is likely that Harry owns part of his own management company, and his management fee structure is done through Mytog.

Ben Winston does not have any financial ownership of any of the companies above.

One would hope that if they did break up they would mutually agree to treat each other with respect and all the things people are pointing at to prove a break-up make Harry look like an ass. If I really believed he was the type to destroy (or allow to be destroyed) Louis' career I would never be a fan of his. And I don't think the Louis fans are the only ones who would feel that way. I suspect the Niall, Liam and Zayn fans who still like Harry and buy his stuff would bail too.

Harry may have come out of 1D with the most fans, but he needs almost all of them to have a career at this point because he isn't attracting any new ones despite how hard Billboard is trying.—————

Everyone is so worried about Harry losing his fan base, but I think that shouldn't be the concern that it was when 1D was starting out. Yes, some fans will move on who had dreams of sleeping with him, but for most, it will make zero difference. They will want to support Harry and his music. And for those that leave, I think he will more than make up for them with new fans including those from the LGBT community that will want to show their support.

Perhaps his management will see how much support he has had during this tour to be himself, and allow his image to be more consistent and less contradictory. The slip-ups show an insecurity— not in Harry, but in the capability of a new management company. Dawbell has done a remarkable job, but it must work from an image agreed upon with the artist and management.

Think it's high time harry realises that he needs a better team or at the very least hire some competent people who know how to do their job and aren't just lazy nepotism kids. Maybe they are good for him personally but they need to understand the fans too and atleast try to take their feedbacks into account. HSHQ have to manage someone who can just show his face and his fandom becomes happy and they are still fucking up somehow 🤷🤷
