5/27/2026 - then you secure everything with airplane wire.
I can't stress enough how we don't want the prop to fall off.
5/27/2026 - first order of business is to flag our brand new prop, so nobody pumps into in on their way through. the hangar.
Muscle memory is real and we are just not used to having the prop on there.
5/26/2026 - we have a prop!
it's a milestone and we are pumped
5/26/2026 - then they get torqued to the proper value and we have a prop!
5/26/2026 - once aligned, the bolts must be screwed in at about the same level. It's slow and tedious, but it's going somewhere!
towards the end we use a special tool to get them in, as fingers no longer suffice
