WHILE I DO LOVE HASANI DOTING ON SEIJI, I JUST HAVE TO SAY....Seiji most definetly wants to buy Hasani things/pays for most things. I'M JUST SAYING, THE COLLECTIVE WEALTH OF JULIETTE AND EIJI PROBABLY OUTWIEGHS ANY WEALTH HASANI HAS. So while Hasani's love languages are acts of service and quality time, Seiji's love language is gift giving and words of affirmation. Since Hasani is a little goody two shoes, he probably won't accept stolen relics or artifacts, so Seiji supposes he will actually pay for things and legally acquire them for Hasani if it makes him happy.

When Hasani takes him out and arranges a fun day of date things: breakfast at exclusive restaurants, trying out new video games before they release, and/or other romantic things, SEIJI WILL PAY FOR A MAJORITY OF IT. If Hasani puts his hand on anything, Seiji will get it for him. If Hasani tries to pay for the bill, Seiji grabs it before he's all: "Uh-uh, Moon boy, you planned this much. You better let me contribute to this date as well~"

Seiji is flirty but he's not nearly as romantic as Hasani is, when Hasani does something heartfelt and genuine, Seiji does love it and he'll act all egotistical about it but on the inside, he's thinking: "I don't deserve you, do I?" and he tries to compensate for it in his own ways. Buying things that Hasani might want, impulsively taking Hasani onto his adventures with him and wrapping him up in his own chaos, and just constantly looking his best for him. BUT THERE ARE MOMENTS WHEN SEIJI DOESN'T FEEL LIKE HE'S GOOD ENOUGH and he just pulls Juliette aside for "Girl Talk" as Juliette gives Seiji advice on how he can be more romantic than Hasani and show him the same appreciation that Hasani shows him. Sometimes he might not enjoy a date because all he can think is: "How am I gonna top this?" or "I bet Hasani feels so unloved because I don't know how to do things like this for him..." and Hasani gets worried because he notices his habibi isn't enjoying themselves.

SO SEIJI TRIES HIS HARDEST. If he gets a new video game with a co-op option, he'll invite Hasani to play with him first. He'll pay for things and buy designer clothes for Hasani and try to get him practical gifts, but he's so oblivious that he provides physical and mental comfort to Hasani. When Hasani is unraveling, SEIJI KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH IT BECAUSE OF NINA. He knows how to ground Hasani and pull him close and tell him to focus on his heartbeat. He knows how to use his chaotic and fun loving nature to pull Hasani out of the dark crevices of his mind and remind him that he's not alone. And he knows how to talk to Hasani when he becomes like that. But still, Seiji thinks that he's not good enough for Hasani or that one day Hasani is gonna fall out of love with them so they try to be more exciting, daring, and sexy not knowing that Hasani doesn't need that from them.

Just them being Seiji is enough for Hasani.

Seiji is an evasive little fuck and he did love Iara and Iara loved him but I think that he never really got to confess his love to her because he didn't know how to and was scared of rejection. So when they learned of her death, he became so upset with himself and when he realized he started to like Hasani, that's why he became a bit more emboldened to make the first move.

However, he was VERY distant at first when he realized that he was in love with Hasani. When he realized that his flirty jokes had deeper meanings and that his heart skipped a beat when they started to think about him and that SCARED him because they loved Iara and lost her once so they decide to try and love Hasani from a distance. However, Hasani gets bummed out and upset because Seiji is avoiding him and he doesn't realize that Seiji is watching over him B U T...Seiji noticing how upset he looks and he frowns and locks himself in his room and Eiji has to talk to him.

Seiji: "I don't get it! Why is he still upset!?"

Eiji: "Because you loved him and then you left, Seiji."

Seiji: "I did it for his own good."

Eiji: "No, you did it because you were scared to let him know how feel and you gave up!"

Seiji: "You don't know that! You don't know how I feel about him!"

Eiji: "And neither does he...Seiji, you do this all the time. You set your heart on a treasure and when you can't take care of it or maintain it, you get frustrated and throw it to the side. You still want it but you don't think about the commitment it takes to maintain it..." and Seiji frowns and he glares at his dad before he sneaks out to Hasani.

And Hasani just frowning as he looks at a gift that Seiji gave him and he's all: "My love...what have I done to deserve your absence? Please, tell me..." and Seiji just realizing that he fucked up and really needing to fix how he approaches his relationships because he hurt Hasani more than he helped him.

It's the way that Seiji would only know about Egyptian Mythology from the Assassin's Creed vide games. Like, Hasani mentions it and Seiji is all: "I'm a bit of an expert on Egyptian Mythology." and Hasani is surprised but then remembers that Seiji's dad is pretty knowledgeable on different mythos and religions but no, Seiji's just a gamer-

So like, they've activated some ancient curse among the Egyptian Gods and they're being attacked and Seiji is all: "Okay, aim for the glowing thing in his chest." and Hasani is all: "ANUBIS DOESN'T HAVE A GLOWING THINGY IN HIS CHEST, SEIJI, HE ISN'T IRON MAN!" and Seiji is all: "Shit you're right...Well, I'm still gonna try to beat him like I did in Assassin's Creed Origins."

Hasani: "...Seiji, when you told me that you knew about Egyptian mythology, ARE YOU TELLING ME YOU GOT IT FROM A VIDEO GAME???"

Seiji: "I mean, Angelo's company produces the games and he uses memories from his ancestors and ISU DNA so some of it might be accurate-" and Hasani just sighing because his boyfriend is a FUCKING idiot. But like, the Assassin's Creed games do incorporate a lot of history and mythology (let's say that they're super accurate in our world because Angelo is all: "Yeah, I might be Christian but if I'm making video games based on different historic events, THAT SHIT WILL BE ACCURATE. NO ROOM FOR MISTAKES AND NO EXCUSES-") so when Anubis sends a sandstorm at Hasani, Seiji being able to use his sword to dodge it and he's dodging all of Aubis's attacks pretty well and Hasani is all: "H-HOW ARE YOU DOING THAT!?"

Seiji: "I'VE REPLAYED THIS MOTHERFUCKER'S LEVEL IN ORIGINS SO MANY TIMES. DODGING HIS ATTACKS IS BASICALLY SECOND NATURE TO ME."

Hasani: "SEIJI, AGAIN, THIS ISN'T A VIDEO GAME!"

Seiji: "THEN HOW COME I'M WINNING??"

and when they "pass the trial" then Anubis stops attacking them and Seiji is all: "If he had that glowing thing in his chest like he did in the game, I would've subdued him."

Hasani: "Seiji, please don't talk about my pantheon like that."

Seiji: "Sorry, babe..."

This obviously stops when he gets with Hasani but reminder that Seiji is a little shit. And like, HE LOOOOVES FLIRTING WITH GIRLS WITH OVERPROTECTIVE BOYFRIENDS. HE LOVES TO THREATEN THEIR MASCULINITY SO BADLY. Like, he's stealing something and Kana and Shayan stop him but they were on a date and she still has her earrings in so Seiji just tying up Shayan with his chains and he's fighting Kana in hand to hand combat and he manages to trip her and he puts his foot on her collar before he kneels down.

Seiji: "These are pretty~ Did you make them yourself?"

Shayan: "DON'T TOUCH HER!" and Seiji chuckles but since Kana is immune to pretty boys, she just takes him down while he's distracted because RULE NUMBER ONE: NEVER TAKE YOUR EYES OFF OF HER and Shayan is all: "YEAH, GET HIS ASS, BABE!"

Or, since he and Kojo are direct rivals, he would totally hit on Manuela. Telling her the kind of dress style she should wear that would compliment and accentuate her arms and figure more and he's all: "Definetly a deep, deep plunge." and Manny raises an eyebrow and smirks: "Oh?" and Seiji smirks at her: "Well, that wasn't really an observation, that was more of a personal preference~" and Kojo hisses at him and is all: "My personal preference is you ENDING UP DEAD IN A DITCH WITH YOUR HEAD THROWN IN THE SEWERS. Lst's go, Manuela." and Manny giggling while Seiji just grins and is all: "Enjoy the party, I'll catch up with you two later~"

BUT ALSO, LIKE, IT IS HIS OWN WAY OF FLIRTING. Like when Hasani would bring a girl over to a gala (does he still hook up like in his first draft??), Seiji would notice and be lowkey just spends the entire night hitting on her and when Hasani would look annoyed, Seiji would think he was soo cute♡ But then he ended up not caring that much (aka, feeling disappointed that Seiji shows more interest in girls instead of him) so he'd eventually just leave and say nothing. Which would confuse and annoy Seiji so he'd end up being stuck with this girl but then like, when they were fighting and Seiji focused his flirtatious attention on Hasani, Hasani just also being confused because WHAT ARE THEY.
