#2 & #67 (:
2. “Hey, hey, calm down. They can’t hurt you anymore.”
already did this one!
67. “You’re bleeding all over my carpet.”
“Stiles you need to rest, come sit down.” Lydia says, watching the boy pace her bedroom floor. The pack was under attack and Stiles had gotten pretty beaten up in the midst of the fight so Lydia had quickly gotten him to safety. So now she got the pleasure of listening to him bitch and moan.
“Rest? Are you kidding me? Lydia, Scott could be dying out there, I can’t just sit here and do nothing!”
“I’m not going to argue with you about this! Sit down!”
“Give me a reason Lyds, give me one good reason why I shouldn’t be out there helping my friends.”
“Stiles I could give you so many reasons but I’ll give you the most apparent one. You’re bleeding all over my carpet.”
Stiles looks down, and she was right. He had bled through his t-shirt and the blood was now dripping onto the floor. “Oh.”
Lydia quickly gets up and guides Stiles to her bathroom. He sits on the counter, wincing at the stinging wound on his abdomen, and lets Lydia take is shirt off. “Shit, Stiles that does not look good.”
“Yeah, now that you mention it, it really fucking hurts.”
Lydia looks at the wound, making a list in her head of everything she’s gonna need to fix it up. “I doesn’t look like it needs stitches, but disinfection and heavy bandaging is a must.” She rummages through her cabinets looking for some gauze and hydrogen peroxide.
He hisses in pain when she starts to clean the cut.
“Sorry sorry!” She says, trying to be as gentle as possible. She finishes cleaning and carefully applies the bandages. “Alright, I think you’re good.” She looks up to find him quickly dozing off against the bathroom wall.
“Hey, wake up.” She says softly. She helps him off the counter and into her bed.
“I’m sorry I got blood on the carpet.”
Lydia sighs and lays next to him. “It’s alright, with my record of bodies found and traumatic accidents I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner.”
“Thanks for cleaning me up.” He mumbles, almost asleep again.
“Anytime, now get some sleep. You need it.”
