i'm not really sure like half of me says there's a motive behind the whole thing and another half of me says that part was real but he used the whole "oh, i'm visiting my son !" thing to go meet him and do things on the side-lines ?? (he'd have to go visit the lair in ravenswood an awful lot if it had //all// that stuff) so he'd use every excuse he can to get out of rosewood

i mean that or the -A team takes turns looking after that lair but i highly doubt toby has stepped foot in there and if toby hasn't then has mona?? has /wren/ ?? he's not around a lot so he'd have a lot of time on his hands to go there if he really is just posing as a doctor

i THINK it’s plausible because WREN IS SKETCHY and so is ezra, but it’s just like how did he not know he had a kid hahAHha dumb

well there was a theory going around that ezra could have been //completely// lying about that, because mona basically did the same kind of thing where she lied about the -A texts and pretended she didn't know things to get the girls ruling her out as a suspect and so maybe??? he could have used that as an excuse to be out of town just like the other reasons he's left to also get some -A things/stalking done

LIKE HONESTLY i would ship it like mad because they both used to be the most boring male characters of the show but now that they both have great potential story-lines and motives i'm like this is amazing and super gross at the same time because here's how i kind of see it as of now

idk i think that they could definitely be working together since wren has so many advantages in the medical terms of -A and ezra has the perfect position in the school to get to know the girls and their insecurities and talk to aria about the girls and evaluate the situation before he has people go out and do the dirty work (because his main motive is probably stalking the shit out of ali he has no time for all the torture stuff) so it's INCREDIBLY possible that they're working together and if they were together that would just be the horribly delicious cherry on top of the cake ~
