This sounds so bad but I feel so torn about syscourse right now. I just keep seeing so many people shitting on endogenics and the thing is, I hate when anyone is mean to others. Even if they are thought to be wrong, even if they’re mean, I just want to be the “bigger man” in it all, you know?
We’re traumagenic, we know that. But there was of course a time we didn’t fully consider us traumagenic, we just saw ourselves as a system. I think it’s important the community is open and based around system hood. Yes, trauma may have caused your system, but there is another system that doesn’t feel that. I just can’t see how anyone could reject someone who is a system too, all just because of a different view on origin. Science is still researching systems, and yes a lot points to trauma, but autism has also been looked into because of how many autistics are in the community. All I am saying is that a little tolerance goes a long way in making everyone feel better.
I don’t want anyone to feel bad about being a system. Because I sure do, and it sucks.
I don’t know if I even want a diagnosis. I don’t know if I want to be part of a community that feels more destructive than supportive. I don’t see how people don’t see that. I don’t understand. Does it not hurt you? It hurts me.
This feels like such an emotional appeal. But hey, guess I’m just a confused person wishing the world could be better than I thought it was. ugh.
