Febuary 11th

The mind is the most powerful part of the human body and when it creates an idea the idea is brought to life. Now imagine when you combine the power of the mind and heart. Sometimes the power of both is too much for a human body to handle. When I think back in retrospect and feel everything that happened I begin slipping back into that same dark hole. This time around I feel stronger but that feeling and memory fights to break through and overcome everything I have been trying to suppress.
