An Update:

Hello lovelies! It’s been awhile!

So there are some things I’d like to update you on since I’ve last been up here. Right now, I’m kind of dead on tumblr, only coming back occasionally and then spamming you guys with my random reblogs. For the most part, I’m the most active on twitter @ the_biconic_mb!

I’m still very active with Shadowhunters too, and I haven’t forgotten about the #SaveShadowhunters campaign. 

With this, my twitter also features a lot of sneak peaks and teasers into the fics that I’m writing. With that being said, I should announce that until further notice “Dear Alec” is on hiatus.

It sucks, I know. And I hate to put it on hiatus, but I really don’t have the inspiration to tackle it right now. I don’t want to force myself to write something and give you guys a fic that is nothing like what I intended it to be. 

Furthermore, I am in the process of another fic. In the past few weeks, I released the title for it: Forevermore. Forevermore will be a Malec historical AU based in 19th Century America. As I have said on twitter: 

There will be 4 chapters in total, 5 if things get too lengthy. Also: THERE WILL NOT BE A WORD LIMIT FOR THESE CHAPTERS. Which means the chapters will be LONG.

Each chapter will represent a season of the story. For example the first chapter takes place in Summer of 1874. Right now, with the limited amount of excerpts I have, the first chapter is close to 7k. What’s written is probably an 1/8 of what I want to all be in it.

The plan is for there to only be 4 chapters. But there is possibility for a 5th for a possible epilogue or if things get too lengthy in other chapters.

This project is going smoothly right now, and I’m very excited to do more with this and get it completed. It will take time, considering that there will only be four chapters and they will be lengthy. With school still going on, it may be awhile until this actually makes a debut, thus I will keep dropping teasers as I see fit over on Twitter. 

And that’s about all I can update you guys on right now! I’ll still come up here every now and again to see what’s new on tumblr, but for the most part I’ll be staying active on twitter.
