Imagine Kira in that moment. Alex had tried to stop Stiles but failed. He had also tried to stop Isaac who (I guess instead of hitting him on this verse he should have gone to him like on canon goes to Allison - having in mind they live in the same building) attacked the twins at the school. Probably after Alex was texted by Scott ("Aiden has gone and he isn't back, can you check?").  Alex fighting them and when they all fall to the ground, Stephen appears. Imagine Kira in the middle of them 

         We should stop this, Stephen

         I know, I know, Isaac looks terrible and Stiles is possessed and this is all a...

         But ...

         But it feels good.

     Oh, man. He'd been waiting for this all day.         Look at it -- in all of it's glory.

                         An ice cream cone.                 His favorite, too. Mint chocolate chip. 

                                Double scoop, with brownie crumbs on top.                                       It was perfection.

{ For that meme! } He glanced down at Lydia's head in his lap, smiling as he reached to brush aside a stray strawberry lock. "Long day, huh? You can take a nap if you'd like. I'm just glad see you." He settled back against the pillows and found her hand, threading their fingers together. "Can I sleep over? I can braid your hair while you paint my nails," he teased as he raised her hand to place a kiss atop it.

Lydia knew Alex was trying. She appreciated it, she really did. A small smile danced fleetingly across her lips as she curled closer to him, head still in his lap. Lydia squeezed his hand on hers and closed her eyes. "...would you stay? I...I really could use you tonight Alex." she whispered. After everything that was going on, with the town...with Stiles..Lydia just needed some comfort. Some love. She needed...she needed Alex.

Isaac was walking out of the hospital, his wounds almost completely healed. It had taken a lot longer than usual, and that thought worried him; not even Derek had been able to explain why, and Isaac couldn't shake the unsettling feeling that something could be wrong with him, or with his wolf. Or maybe the nogitsune had been messing with him, and no one had noticed. He didn't know which possibility scared him the most. He was distracted from those thoughts when he felt someone tap him on the shoulder, and he turned around. "Yes?"
