This dish above all others personifies childhood (college, early, current adulthood) to me. So, imagine mixing it with slow smoked meat?! The BBQ Fatty is a Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage meatloaf stuffed with 1732 Meats peppercorn bacon Mac-N-Cheese. Then it’s dusted with Meat Church Honey Hog and peach-smoked at 250 for 2.5 hours. The fatties are glazed with a blend of Blues Hog Original, HavenaBBQ and put back in the smoker for the sauces to set. After resting for about 20 minutes, they’re sliced to order.
