He would say it’s been a week already, but then again it took him a while to realize the sun didn’t came out in this weird world he had gotten himself trapped in, so who would know? Still, he would say it hadn’t been more than 2 weeks.
And now he was going back to the same town he had arrived to. The Witch he was to found took more than a little effort to actually be found, and once found wasn’t really of much help besides some vague guidance that basically translated to “you have to find the way you came in”.
At least he had gotten some money for doing weird chores and selling a tooth, which had in turn allowed him to stay well fed, but that wasn’t important now. He was back in the same town where he had met the hunter girl but it seemed pretty empty now. Maybe it was night time? How could people here tell night from day was beyond him but that was the only explanation he could get to the stillness of town.
Either that or there was something big going on that he wasn’t aware of. With a defeated sigh, Ez took to calmly walking through the shadows, as hidden and silently as possible. It’s not like he was trying to hide from the people here, but knowing there were vampires and hunters around you could never be too careful.
If we was lucky enough he would run into If again. The girl didn’t seem to like him much, true, but at least she wasn’t afraid of him and she didn’t try to kill him last time.
-- This place is kinda creepy when it’s all silent like this... -- He whispered to himself, looking around for any sign of life.
