@rito-gust: Hawl

Hawl's a one-off character that I used as a delivery person in Diplomatic Relations, and I hadn't ever drawn an owl Rito before. I don't see a lot of them around.

I left their details very sparse because I didn't necessarily plan on using this fellow again. They were fun to draw though. They work for the Royal Delivery Service.
