don’t really post nor talk about my artwork on here but I finished this a little bit ago and it seems fitting for here

This is Creirwy, she’s a little art nouveau kitty,, I mostly like drawing cute outfits on her. One day I’m gonna make an actual fursuit of her but I’ve been putting it off for years.

Hi! i really enjoyed working on this piece, slowly forming an outfit over hours, going through various pallets, seeing it all come together and mesh into a mori outfit is just satisfying.

Photobashing the background in particular was really fun, small details like the lace of the socks and grass peeking through the cobbles, the backlighting and slight glow, just over and over again, rendering layers, it's calming, you know?

A while ago I started compiling my favorite pages from Forestsandtea's Mori Magazine Archive, which I have linked below. I decided to ruffle through and pick out the creme of the crop and add a few observations.

I really love the graphic design of a lot of mori magazines, Valon is no exception, it's not necessarily the most interesting observation, but it's still something I enjoy, that scrapbook style.

I particularly like the colour scheme of the bottom right coord, the muted plum of the shirt, to the general earthy tones. The cap she wears is really cute and the dark contrasting tone draws the eyes upwards. I feel like there should be more range in colour within street mori, seems I mostly see earthy neutrals.

This is one of the few mori boy spreads I've found over my searches, it's just everything!! The treehouse whimsy and natural lighting, and the actual outfit is an excellent example of how to retain an A-line silhouette in a masculine outfit. I wish i had the shorts on pg.40.

Nothing much to say really, I just love a good collection and the range of shoes is fun to pour over. I kinda wish I could wear those chunky heels that occasionally show up in mori mags, unfortunately I'm really clumsy. (>。<)⌒☆

I don’t know really if this is the place to post this but honestly I can’t be arsed with running a sideblog for my art

still illustrating as always, got some wips, pokemon, elden ring oc, deerhound.

I’m not really the best artist when it comes to consistently finishing illustrations, I mostly fixate on something I enjoy until I don’t, leaving a trail of unfinished art in my wake.
