Hey, I'm Hawthorn, a mori doll who decided to finally bite the bullet and start a blog!! __〆(´︶`) I'm genderfluid so I do dress in both Mori girl and Mori boy, as well as Strega, I also have a passing interest in Yama Kei despite being absolutely terrible at hiking, oh and a bit of Classic and Old School Lolita. I'm fine with any gendered terms and all pronouns. Most of my friends primarily use it/its for me.
Over the past few years I've gotten increasingly into Mori kei, flipping through old archives of the few mags I could get my grubby paws on, scouring the net for any scrap of info on Mori kei (rip mixi) and gradually integrating it into my wardrobe via thrifting and the occasional bad financial decision. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

I also have a deep love for British Folklore, from the vast Hebrides, to the foggy moors of Cornwall, amidst ancient Cumbrian forests, and dead castles of Wales. I've spent most of my life pouring over the tales, mythology, and cosmology of these isles I call home.
I think that deep misbegotten nostalgia, living in the ruins of what was once here, and the missing fragments of what once breathed and beat in the hearts of people, drew me to the warmth of mori, not to mention it's bloody freezing here. ლ(¯ロ¯"ლ)

I tend to tag things using the relevant fashion first, and then using tags that mention my favorite aspect of the outfit, such as overlayer, headgear, pants, hair, etc! I will be using this blog as an archive of outfits, info, and crafts!
