Alpys as Charlie fasinated by a world not her own, trying to find a way to help her people. possibly friends with the radio skele

Mettaton as Angel Dust, I mean... obviously

Burgerpants as Travis one of Angels Johns

Asgore as Lucifer, King of hell doesn't have a lot of faith in Alphys/Charlie

Toriel as Lilith the absent mother of Charlie

Flowey as leader of the angel executioners and antagonist / Asriel lost son of Lucifer and Lilith who is why they fell

Chara, First angel of redemption worked with Asriel to try and help humans on the right path

Frisk, an angel of redemption having learned about Charlies hotel she falls hoping to help redeem those who truly wish for it even if they didn't know they did.
