The Hazel Gallery Launch Party
Friday 11 October, 7 - 11pm Hazel Gallery @ St Botolph’s Waiting Room The Hazel Gallery at St Botolph’s is opening! It’s a new space for presenting and selling original and contemporary British art and craft, focusing on work by local artists and makers. Run by Lucy Hook-Child, it’s going to be an exciting addition to firstsite & Minories in Colchester. I’m not actually around for this (I’m off to Bristol for the FixednChips2 bike race - scratch that - the race has been cancelled so I'm off for a one woman, one bike, weekend away in Bristol ) but just wanted to share the event. If you’re free head for the official launch from 7pm onwards, the bar will be open until 11pm, selling local beer and wine. What’s not to like?
