Tomorrow On 1/11/11 at 11:11, I`m going to Wish For You To Fall Into Reality. It`s For Your Own Good.
Your girlfriend is rushing you into things and you`re blinded by love so you follow her lead. Trust me when I tell you that you will regret not enjoying your teenage years without this stress. It`s for the best. You need to slow down, look around, take in the view and figure out what you want. If it`s her, tell her to take things slow and wait for the right time. I hate seeing you this tied down. It`s not the boy I have known my whole life. I don`t want to blame her for this happening, but with her living in your house when you`re still a sophomore is just pushing the limits.
Listen to me. The girl that was born in the same hospital just a couple hours after you. Your best friend in kindergarten/ first grade. The girl you went through middle school with. The girl who is watching you slowly crumble under love in high school. The girl that will be at your side no matter what forever and ever. The girl that has not been influenced/ corrupted by relationships
You said it yourself. Relationships are complicated and you told me to stay away from them as long as possible. Why don`t you take your own advice and slow down? Listen before it`s too late.
Isn`t my opinion worth something? She might be your girlfriend, but I`m the one that has been with you through everything.
Life keeps pushing us in each others paths. It`s a sign. A sign that you should listen to me. Maybe it`s my destiny to teach you how to slow down and open your eyes to the world. Maybe you should have a talk with Mr. Gee.
My point is: Do you really want to spend your whole life with her starting this young?
You`re 16. You`re suppossed to enjoy your life and live day by day. Not prepare yourself to lose all freedom. Clear your love-struck head and listen to your mom, your dad, your brother, my parents, Adrian`s parents, me, but most importantly... your heart.
And that shall be my wish for you at 11:11 on 1/11/11. Now to cross my fingers and hoope for the best.
