Hazel and Unicorn tends to make a particularly curious combination as such wands have at tendency to “die” when their owner does, becoming incredibly attached. While such a wand can in theory be won in life or even traded on, they usually retain a bond back to their original master and upon their bearer’s death they follow. In part this is due to how Hazel reflects and absorbs it’s master’s emotional state, combined with the empathetic nature of unicorn - with both factors, such traits are amplified. In this case I believe you have a someone quite self-aware of their emotions and also of others, likely quite caring. The length of the wand indicates a good degree of self-confidence, but not arrogance, and combined with the flexibility says to me not someone likely to change because they’re pushed to by others but because they believe a different method or perspective is required. All in all, a more considerate and wide-perspective wand.

Hazel makes for a highly reactive wand which could be tricky and troublesome with a core like Veela, known to be somewhat temperamental. Nonetheless, well-matched, a Hazel wand will be a loyal helpmeet, absorbing excessive energy and pouring it instead into spellwork. Combined with Veela hair I can see this wand being well suited to both charmwork and martial magic - possibly the wand of an Auror or Cursebreaker. The length indicates someone with some degree of self-doubt and to me the flexibility backs this up - they’re adaptable perhaps because of their self-doubt, though given the fact that Hazel does best in the hands of those understanding of their own feelings, I suspect that self-doubt comes more from awareness of their own flaws more than doubt at their ability. Consequently, the flexibility of the wand may manifest in their personality as an ability to admit their own errors and to learn from them, rather than a tendency to waver or be pushed around by those around them.

A wand which absorbs and responds to it’s owners emotional state, this is a wand which will most likely die with it’s master and be unusable once they have passed on. Loyal and largely non-malicious, this doesn’t mean it is incapable of harm - if this wand’s master is feeling especially angry or vicious then the Hazel will respond to that and give leeway to the gentler nature of Unicorn. The length and flexibility speak to someone who is adaptable, but lacking in confidence - perhaps one day that adaptability will give them the confidence they lack.

Could you do a wand analysis for Hazel Wood, Unicorn Hair, 14 and a 1/2 inches, with a hard flexibility?

Sensitive, but with a good control of their emotions, this wand would bond strongly to it’s wix. Gentle, confident - over confident, perhaps - stubborn as hell. I think this person is stubborn due to sensitivity - if you’re trying to tell them they’re wrong you have to make sure it doesn’t sound like censure but advice and care; only criticising will make them sink into themselves and feel awful, though they may hide it well.

I see this wand as having no clear handle, but a smooth spiral pattern carved into the wood with delicate spot patterning.

Hazel is a highly responsive wandwood, often being deeply attuned to their wixes needs and emotions - it is for this reason one must be careful handling such a wand, and most definitely when it’s wix has suffered some emotional misfortune. Bonded to a Dragon core you have a potentially quite volatile wand, but the overall personality this speaks to would have a great understanding and control of their own emotions, and thus may channel their emotions into more constructive things. The length and flexibility here speak to that somewhat, suggesting someone of reasonable confidence and a certain degree of stubbornness.
